QA and HSE 

Stemar Engineering is certified with regard to Quality Assurance in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. Health and Safety is certified in accordance with Dutch VCU. Both certificates are audited annually by Lloyd's. 

ISO 9001:2000

ISO 9001 is an international standard published by the International  Organisation for Standardisation. It's aim is to define an international standard for Quality Systems. The standard is applicable to all industries and focusses on all processes from design to after service.

• Planning of Quality Improvement subjects;
• Management review and internal audits;
• Corrective and preventive measures;
• Continuous improvement;
• Monitoring of Customer Satisfaction;
• Identification of Applicable laws and directives.

Training and Education

A good designer is able to find the right balance between theory and practice. Practical experience is gained on-the-job by watching projects of peer engineers and gradually increasing the work area's. At Stemar Engineering all engineers have at least a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering supplemented with relevant courses and training. In order to stay in touch with new developments Stemar Engineering subscribes to various specialist magazines. 

Safety

HSE deservedly acquires more attention nowadays. Many of our industrial clients demand their engineering office to be VCA-certified. Therefor all our employees who visit client's sites have a VCA diploma and we have an elaborate safety procedures in order to insure safe working by our employees.
